Dear Friends,

The League of Women Voters-Wilmette is partnering with the Wilmette Public Library to hold virtual candidate forums prior to the local Spring elections.  Before heading out to vote, beginning March 22, or placing a vote-by-mail ballot in the mailbox, please join your neighbors in the community and hear what the candidates have to say. Local elections impact every area of our daily lives and this year we have many contested elections.

Attendees must register for each day separately. Upon registering you will receive a zoom link for the program.
  • March 13:
    • 1) Village of Wilmette Board President
    • 2) Village of Wilmette Board of Trustees
    • 3) Wilmette Park District Board of Commissioners
  • March 20:
    • 1) Wilmette Public Library Trustees
    • 2) Wilmette School District #39 Board of Education
    • 3) New Trier School District #203 Board of Education

If you have questions for the candidates, please submit those to LWVW at voterslwv@gmail.com by Friday, March 5. The LWVW Voter Guide, covering the contested and uncontested races, will be available online prior to those forums.

Follow us on Facebook and Instagram and follow our Election Information page for updated information.
